Analyzing Complex Datasets to Drive Business Success

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet our business needs.

Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing data models to support analytics and reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes, and providing actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Data Analysis Expertise: A strong background in data analytics, statistics, or a related field is essential for this role. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent is also required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in SQL, data modeling, and database management is necessary to design and implement effective data models. Knowledge of data analytics methodologies and tools relevant to the energy and natural resources sector is also highly valued.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets are critical for success in this role. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also essential to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Integration: Exposure to Salesforce integration to Power BI is an added advantage.
