Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our remote team in supporting customers on our platform. This role plays a vital part in day-to-day account management, client communications, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients across various portfolios to ensure they are fully functional on the platform.
  • Independently manage communications and account needs for lower-tier and less complex accounts.
  • Support new client onboarding, including account setup, introductory training delivery, and initial troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and promote client engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalating complex issues to internal teams when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for remote interactions with diverse clients.
