Overview

We are seeking a skilled Online Assistant to join our Travel Account team. The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries.

As an Online Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer travel-related requests, providing professional assistance via email or chat, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer travel-related requests including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes using GDS tools.
  • Provide accurate assistance via email or chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure that all interactions meet the company's service standards.

Additional responsibilities include accurately updating booking details, maintaining proper documentation, and resolving customer concerns efficiently while adhering to travel policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar platforms).
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
