  • Sales Management: Oversee overall sales management, including sales activities, sales planning, and sales execution.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with prospective, new, and existing clients, aiming to close deals.
  • Project Delivery: Work closely with the delivery team to take ownership of assigned projects and their delivery schedule, including people management, project oversight, and delivery strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep a good understanding of target customers and their business strategies & requirements.
  • Sales Processes: Establish and maintain sales processes, competency, KPIs, reports, training/coaching, leadership, recruitment, evaluation, and overall company strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a service sales approach.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience in working in the cloud market (GCP, AWS, Azure, or such) required.
  • Team Management: Experience in team management and planning sales strategy.
  • Language: Business-level English language capabilities.
