Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, executing introductory calls, and assisting senior management in closing new business deals.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the BPO industry. You will be eager to learn and develop a career in the digital services industry, with strong ability to learn new technologies, organize, and be adaptable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads through prospecting, emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling potential customers
  • Execute introductory calls and schedule customer meetings and conference calls with prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics and revenue targets
  • Maintain and update CRM database
  • Prepare accurate reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Learner: Eager to learn and develop a career in the digital services industry
  • Adaptable: Strong ability to learn new technologies, organize, and be adaptable
  • Communication: Excellent consultative communication and negotiation skills by video and in writing
  • Time Management: Excellent time-management, analytical thinking, and issue-resolution skills
  • Relationship Building: Proven communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to both operate independently and cross-functionally in collaboration with internal client Onboarding, Marketing, and Leadership teams as required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency with computer skills, including Google Workspace
