Job Description

  • As a Senior IT Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of ADB's document and records management systems.
  • You will design and oversee the solution architecture of SharePoint, M365, and other solutions, ensuring they meet applicable engineering and security standards.
  • Manage cloud-based systems in Azure or other leading cloud providers, setting up scalable and secure solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, vendors, and peers.
  • Ensure compliance of managed systems with all applicable standards, including ADB's engineering, security standards, and global best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience implementing large-scale IT systems, including team leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience delivering and supporting document and records management systems, as well as M365 and SharePoint.
  • Experience developing cloud systems in Azure, including development of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent ability in systems analysis and design, and preparing functional and detailed specifications.
