Job Overview

The Executive Assistant E-commerce Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the executive office and e-commerce store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Communication Support: Monitor inboxes and assist with communications and follow-ups.
  • Documentation Creation: Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and internal documentation.

E-commerce Store Operations:
  • Product Updates: Update product pricing, descriptions, and website content including headers and collections.
  • Content Audits: Conduct regular content audits and implement site-wide copy changes.
  • Admin Dashboard Utilization: Use Shopify's admin dashboard to create or modify pages and collections.

Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • QA Checks: Perform QA checks after product launches, price updates, or site changes.
  • Customer Journey Testing: Test customer journeys such as add-to-cart, checkout, and confirmation emails.
  • Bug Escalation: Identify and escalate bugs or UX/UI issues promptly.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as primary point of contact for developers, designers, and marketing partners.
  • Project Tracking: Track open projects, requests, and deadlines using tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion.
  • Requirement Documentation: Document and communicate requirements and QA feedback clearly.

Store Performance Monitoring:
  • Irregularity Flagging: Monitor store performance and flag irregularities.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist with pulling performance reports and customer data.
  • Internal Workflow Improvement: Help document SOPs and improve internal workflows.
