E-Commerce Operations Manager

Are you a skilled e-commerce professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an exceptional E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of our website and maintaining a seamless user experience.
You will be working on optimizing product listings and content with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications. Your role will also involve responding to customer inquiries and concerns, providing assistance with customer selections, and building customer relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries. You should also possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong copywriting and editing skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are essential.
