Main Accountabilities:

  • Rental Payment Schedule Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date rental payment schedules for tenants.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including bill payments, notarizations, document deliveries, and receptions.
  • Tenant Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants through effective communication, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Procedures: Coordinate with tenants to ensure seamless move-in and move-out processes, including work permit and gate pass processing.
  • Unit Turnovers: Supervise unit turnover procedures, ensuring all necessary steps are completed, and generating official receipts as required.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field; however, qualifications in office administration, property management, or related fields are preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in customer service will be highly valued due to the importance of excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google apps is essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to administrative and field tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail is crucial for delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and reporting.
