Main Accountabilities:
- Rental Payment Schedule Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date rental payment schedules for tenants.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including bill payments, notarizations, document deliveries, and receptions.
- Tenant Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants through effective communication, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Move-In/Move-Out Procedures: Coordinate with tenants to ensure seamless move-in and move-out processes, including work permit and gate pass processing.
- Unit Turnovers: Supervise unit turnover procedures, ensuring all necessary steps are completed, and generating official receipts as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in any field; however, qualifications in office administration, property management, or related fields are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in customer service will be highly valued due to the importance of excellent communication skills.
