Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a skilled Relationship Officer to join our team at ARK Solves.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding several communities across executing our flagship program. They will also supervise field-based officers, lead a community-based program team and volunteers, and contribute to impact analysis and program content.

A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with barangay and LGU leaders, identifying their personal goals and motivations, and securing commitment towards the program.

The successful candidate will also have opportunities to occasionally travel to communities in rural and remote areas to lead program events, training, and other ad-hoc visits that tackle specific challenges.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience, any industry.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects and timelines.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong relationships with barangay and LGU leaders.
  • Knowledge of local government, especially on budgeting, organizational structures & policies, and setting up partnerships with agencies & municipalities.
  • Fluency in Bisaya or other languages; better-than-okay Tagalog.
