Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at WHR Global Consulting. This role is responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the life insurance industry
  • Supervise and support sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and internal stakeholders on life insurance products and services
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in life insurance administration or sales
  • Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and close deals effectively
