We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at RCQ Disaster Supplies and Trading Inc.

About the Role

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with senior management, managing staff, developing policies, and implementing strategies to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Planning and Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaboration with Senior Management: Collaborate with senior management to create and execute business strategies that drive growth.
  • Staff Management and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise operations staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budgets, manage costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role, with leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
