Operations Director

**Job Summary:**

The Operations Director at RCQ Disaster Supplies and Trading Inc is responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations to enhance productivity and efficiency while meeting company goals. This role involves close collaboration with other departments, managing staff, developing policies, overseeing budgets, and implementing strategies to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and execute business strategies that drive growth.
  • Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Staff Management and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise operations staff.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  • Oversee budgets, manage costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor financial data and make adjustments to meet budgetary goals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with suppliers as needed.
• Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Develop policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for operational activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on departmental performance to senior management.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries for executive review.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to provide a safe working environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and changes in regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in operations management or related role, with leadership experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
