This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Getmeds in Las Piñas. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, implementing HR Policies, and overseeing all human resources functions within the organization.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-5 years in Human Resources, with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all facets of HR Functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development and compliance.
* Proven experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of industry-specific HR challenges and regulatory requirements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Demonstrated experience in handling foreign national executives or directors, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
