About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel rooms, suites, and related services to corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential customers.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates for hotel rooms and suites. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cultivating relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential customers.

In addition, you will conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and familiarization tours to showcase the hotel's facilities, amenities, and services. You will negotiate room rates, contracts, and agreements with clients to ensure profitability while meeting customer needs and expectations.

Your duties will also include collaborating with the Revenue Management team to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. You will prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Moreover, you will coordinate with other departments, including Front Office, Reservations, and Events, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will represent Quest Hotel Cebu at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and build professional relationships.
