The role of a Digital Content Lead brings to life a company's vision through original and compelling text and video content.

This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Developing high-quality content, including text, visuals, and video, tailored to each platform's unique audience and tone.
  • Analysing performance metrics to generate insights and optimise campaigns for maximum engagement and return on investment.
  • Engaging with users across platforms to build meaningful relationships and foster a productive online community.
  • Monitoring trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements

This Digital Content Lead must be a highly creative and imaginative leader who is up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in various social media networks.

Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or Marketer in a multimedia agency, advertising, or marketing company handling US accounts.
  • Passionate about content creation and knowledgeable about the latest changes in social applications.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates excellence in content creation, copywriting, performance measurement, research, and calendar planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in communicating creative solutions with confidence, ease, and clarity to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Constantly curious and always on the lookout for new learning opportunities.

You are expected to work during US business hours following the client's schedule. You may also be expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.
