Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Digital Marketing Leadership
  • Leverage expertise in social media, SEO, and content marketing to drive business growth.
Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, creative testing, and audience strategy to achieve ROI goals.
Search Engine Optimization
  • Create and implement an SEO roadmap (technical, on-page, and content).
  • Own keyword research, content briefs, internal linking, schema, and ongoing site health.
Content Creation
  • Produce high-quality, accessible content that ranks, educates, and converts.
  • Brief and manage external partners as needed.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Implement GA4/Tag Manager.
  • Maintain dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Analyze data to inform future strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Brief and manage external partners as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive channel plan and 12-month growth strategy.
  • Establish always-on paid social campaigns with regular performance reviews.
  • Conduct a technical + content SEO audit with prioritized recommendations.
  • Implement GA4 + GTM best practices.
You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and online marketing.
  • Hands-on skills in Paid Social (LinkedIn/Meta), SEO (technical + content), and web analytics (GA4, GSC, GTM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
