Senior Software Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.


About the Job

The ideal candidate will design and build scalable systems that move and reconcile funds across jurisdictions, channels, and asset types. They will also be responsible for building observability into every layer, leading incident response, and driving long-term reliability improvements.


Responsibilities
  • Design and operate scalable systems for global money movement and reconciliation
  • Build robust observability and drive reliability improvements
  • Stay current with fintech and tech trends

Requirements
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and operating business-critical systems
  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on correctness, edge cases, and failure modes
  • Backend experience, including APIs, services, and infrastructure
  • Data modeling and access expertise, including relational databases and ORMs
  • Technical judgment, balancing depth with product understanding
  • Peer collaboration skills, including clear communication and code review
  • Versatility, with experience working across the stack and adapting quickly

Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain knowledge in financial domains, such as payments, disbursements, custody, or cards
  • Technical proficiency in stateless systems, scalability, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ai fluency, using AI tools to accelerate development
