Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotes with multiple carriers for insurance, comparing and reviewing quotes, entering information in the management system, preparing documents and applications for policy issuance, and sending communications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Educate clients on policy options, renewals, and changes.
  • Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs.
  • Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities.
  • Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions.
  • Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle complex client issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in managing client accounts.
