Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Technical Support Professional to join our service desk team at Satellite Office. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to our clients, ensuring they receive prompt and effective solutions to their technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via various communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Document and track all interactions and resolutions in the incident management system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents and fulfil service requests
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of service management tools and systems, and a knowledge of technology infrastructure, networks, applications, and their inter-dependencies.
