Mortgage Support Specialist Role

This is a remote, full-time position where you will provide strategic support to debt advisory strategists. The ideal candidate has mortgage industry knowledge, credit assessment proficiency, and strong financial analysis skills.

The role involves preparing evidence, data, and research for efficient delivery of advisory work, setting up workflows, analyzing financial statements & tax returns, researching market trends and regulatory changes, compiling weekly intelligence and reports, coordinating valuations with lenders, managing timelines, following-up on disputes and reorders, providing clear summaries and presentation materials from templates, supporting cross-team collaboration and maintaining a reference database for future use.

Key Requirements
  • Mortgage industry knowledge – rates, products, lending criteria for the Australian market.
  • Credit assessment proficiency – reports, scoring, serviceability calculations.
  • Financial analysis skills – statements, tax returns, complex income structures.
  • Regulatory compliance – NCCP, responsible lending, and related standards.
  • Technical: Quickli platform mastery; Broker Engine proficiency; advanced Excel/Sheets; strong research methodology.
  • Communication: professional written communication; cross-team collaboration; presentation capabilities.
