You will serve as both the office administrator and the ranking operational expert in the Philippines, overseeing all operational, technical, administrative, human resources, and accounting matters related to the Command Center.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as the local representative for all matters related to ensuring the Command Center Philippines is fully operational around the clock.
  2. Maintaining the office space and technology in pristine condition to support daily operations.
  3. Providing management, leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of 25 Robot Specialists, GSOC Operators, and Software Engineers.
  4. Recruiting and screening candidates for hiring to fill future positions.
  5. Leading and assisting in initial employee training.
  6. Supervising and conducting regular performance reviews of employees and providing feedback on promotion, retention, disciplinary action, and talent management.
  7. Serving as the primary local Human Resources representative for all administrative matters related to pay, benefits, taxes, discipline, and other employee concerns.
  8. Monitoring payroll/taxes of all employees.
  9. Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords on building-related issues, including utilities, access control, parking, IT services, and permits.
  10. Maintaining professional workplace standards and culture.
  11. Reporting any payroll and human resources issues to upper management to achieve swift resolutions that benefit employees and contractors.
