Detailing Steel and Concrete Structures Specialist

This role involves coordinating and reviewing technical drawings with the team lead and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate should have 8–10+ years of experience in detailing steel and concrete structures, proficiency in Revit, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and review technical drawings to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Provide advice to the team lead on any delays or scope changes
  • Ensure technical drawings are completed to required quality, schedule, and standards
  • Release technical queries daily and maintain job folders and progress reports
  • Participate in project meetings and conference calls as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma
  • Proficiency in Revit and additional tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing
  • Strong communication skills and confidence
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical drawings that meet project requirements. They will work closely with the team lead and engineers to coordinate and review technical drawings, identify and resolve any issues, and provide regular progress updates.
