Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Lead to manage and oversee the successful delivery of software projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in project management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, dependencies, and required resources.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the software development team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and support to complete their work on time and to a high standard. Delegate tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor the project for potential risks and take proactive steps to address them.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate open communication between team members to ensure alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the software developed by the team meets the required quality standards. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, conduct code reviews, and ensure thorough testing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant information.
