Software Development Project Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our software development projects. As a senior project manager, you'll be responsible for defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
You'll create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and required resources. Your expertise in project planning will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
As the project manager, you'll oversee the software development team, providing them with necessary resources, tools, and support to complete their work efficiently. You'll also manage the project budget, track expenses, and make sure the project stays within budget constraints.
Your role will involve identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Effective communication is key, so you'll regularly update stakeholders, team members, and external partners on project progress, risks, and issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software project management.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Demonstrated success as a project manager in a software development environment.
- Experience working in start-up environments.
