This role involves leading projects from initiation to closure, coordinating stakeholder communications and ensuring timely decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, prepare and present documentation for long-term projects
  • Complete project management duties including new construction, recapitalization and environmental assessment and remediation
  • Support client approval processes by developing business case analysis and other documentation
  • Coordinate consultant activities and ensure quality standards are met

The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with four years' relevant experience
  • University degree in one of the above fields and/or additional training in project management preferred

In addition to the qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable background information.
