About the Role

This Risk Management Coordinator position requires an individual with a strong background in risk management and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing risk management strategies across various teams within AXA Philippines.

Your main objective will be to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with captive programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the company's risk exposure. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, enabling us to make informed decisions about our risk management practices.

As part of your duties, you will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to, claims teams, finance teams, and senior management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building trust and confidence with these stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and implement risk management strategies across teams

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

  • Prepare Payment file for uploading in system – Telesales
