Cloud Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, improving, and operating cloud-based systems and applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate provisioning and management.
  • Develop and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and implement cloud infrastructure to support them.
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience is required.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering, including handling alerts, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes during investigations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization is required.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems (Kubernetes and Helm Charts) is required.
  • Templating and Configuration Languages for one or more of the following is required: Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, YAML.
  • PowerShell experience is required.
  • Ability to work rotational weekend shifts is required.
