The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic leadership and oversight in the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment within a geothermal power plant.

This involves supervising RCM specialists, planning and implementing maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations. To be successful in this position, one must have strong technical competencies, including hands-on experience in executing maintenance tasks, knowledge of power plant operations, proficiency with tools, heavy equipment, and test instruments.

This role also requires effective communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when interfacing with external contractors, vendors, and service providers. Furthermore, conducting training and skill enhancement for maintenance staff, as well as performing other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior, are important responsibilities.
