We're seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms and web pages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage daily content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and insights to enhance engagement and optimize content.
  • Manage and update web pages to ensure fresh, relevant, and aligned content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall branding.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and web management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and basic website management.
  • Bilingual candidates are welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Experience with web content management systems (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO optimization tools.
  • Understanding of brand voice and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience implementing subscription-based features on websites.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM EST.
