Creative Motion Designer

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong creative skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate motion graphics for multi-platform marketing campaigns, including social media, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to storyboard concepts and translate brand messages into dynamic animations/videos.
  • Edit raw footage, integrate 2D/3D elements, and optimize outputs for platform-specific requirements.
Requirements:
  • A portfolio demonstrating cross-brand adaptability in animation styles, including explainer videos, kinetic typography, product demos, and blended video and animation.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX principles for interactive ad elements, such as clickable banners and AR filters.
  • Ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency and rapid iteration for A/B testing.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with interpreting briefs, working with tight deadlines, and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success in crafting compelling copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and formats, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, display ads, Google Ads, landing pages, etc.
Competencies Required:
  • English fluency: written and spoken. Additional languages are a bonus but not required.
  • Cross-Brand Fluency: Adapt output to diverse brand personalities while identifying opportunities for shared creative efficiencies.
  • Platform familiarity: able to develop to the requirements of each publishing platform (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, responsive web pages), ensuring optimal presentation of visuals and copy.
  • Tools usage: Utilize company tools for collaboration, such as Confluence, Jira, Slack.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all outputs meet necessary standards (e.g., European Accessibility Act).
  • Performance improvement mindset: we like to learn and experiment. Agency team will need to adapt ads and other deliverables according to performance data and feedback, such as conversion and engagement rate, customer feedback etc.
  • Proactive communication: primary marketing stakeholders are in European or US Pacific time-zones, so an ability to interpret and clarify a brief is key to ensuring quality deliverables.
