Quality Assurance Specialist

Key responsibilities include managing external quality issues and customer audit processes.

  • Manage External Quality Issues:
    • Review, write, and update 8D reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and effective resolution of customer complaints.
    • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to develop and implement containment actions for quality issues.
  • Lead Customer Audit Management:
    • Coordinate with the Auditing team during customer audits and track action items from observations and findings.
    • Support data analysis on customer audit results to drive comprehensive responses.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement & Communication:
    • Create and maintain a shared Continuous Improvement Program with selected customers.
    • Develop presentations to explain issue root causes and implemented actions to external customers.

A bachelor's degree in engineering and relevant industry experience are required.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
