About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at Enshored Inc. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and pricing information to prospective clients.
- Ensure accurate order entry and processing in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction with products or services.
- Address customer concerns, issues, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
- Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative in the BPO industry or a similar sales role is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- A goal-oriented individual with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are must-haves for this role.
- A collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn is also essential.
- The ability to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Automotive, Construction, or Green Energy is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling is desirable.
