We're seeking a Compliance Lead to oversee the implementation and maintenance of TTEC's Information Security Policy and contractual standards for specified clients. This role involves reviewing and evaluating compliance issues within the organization, driving regular auditing of internal departments to ensure calibration across the infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to TTEC's Information Security Policy and contractual standards.
- Review and evaluate compliance issues within the organization.
- Develop policies and procedures to prevent unethical conduct.
- Collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues.
- Act as an independent review body for Security and Compliance Issues.
- Monitor compliance activities and identify trends.
- Identify potential areas of vulnerability and risk.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of integrity and judgment is also essential, as well as the ability to work independently and self-driven.
