Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a critical role in driving data-driven decision making and operational excellence.

This key position will be responsible for managing comprehensive data handling across multiple departments, including Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management processes that support organizational performance
  • Create advanced reporting frameworks to drive business intelligence
  • Design executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams
  • Establish department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis

Key Requirements:

  • 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
  • Proficiency in SQL querying
  • Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
