Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in the electric utility field.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and good written/oral communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), national engineering standards, utility construction standards, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a distributed workforce.
