  • LMS Configuration: Configure and maintain the LMS platform
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for users

  • Communication: Offer exceptional customer service and communication skills


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with LMS administration
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with recognized LMS platforms (experience with Intellum and Evolve is a plus)
  • Understanding of web technologies, database concepts, and instructional design principles (desired)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-service orientation and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
