Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement and sourcing activities, managing vendor relationships, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the supply chain function: Oversee the full administration and execution of procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships: Build strong partnerships to secure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance, fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust.
  • Drive improvements: Investigate opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and process upgrades, implementing effective solutions to enhance organizational performance.
  • Champion compliance: Ensure every activity follows policy and procedure, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Business, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
  • 10+ years of procurement experience (ideally in software, hardware, or IT services), showcasing expertise in supply chain management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain frameworks, compliance, and documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where autonomy and proactivity are valued, enabling the successful candidate to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Exposure to supply chain software tools – an added advantage if you've explored AI-driven solutions, staying ahead of the curve in technological advancements.
