Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer support through various communication channels.
- Resolve issues and accommodate customer inquiries to ensure product or service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions and transactions.
- At least 6 months experience handling a BPO account in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with US Healthcare Insurance requirements.
- Knowledge of authorizations and claims processing.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a changing work environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
