Key Role

We are looking for a strategic professional to drive business growth through engaging ad creatives. You will bridge the gap between internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers ensuring consistent content flow across multiple platforms.

Delivering high-performing ads that drive clicks, conversions, and campaign scale is your mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with in-house teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs driving measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
  • Stay ahead of trends to keep ads relevant and engaging
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or content management
  • Proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what drives content conversion
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams simultaneously
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
