Job DescriptionThe Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment. This role requires creating and delivering end-user, partner, and distributor training programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing training programs
- Delivering technical training and workshops
- Motivating trainees through effective coaching and mentoring
- Ensuring compliance with statutory training requirements
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching experience)
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO setting
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- A problem solver and critical thinker
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
