We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Productivity Technologies Services Incorporated. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales. Your key responsibilities will include lead generation, relationship management, sales process management, forecasting, market analysis, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  1. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
  2. Account Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  3. Sales Strategy: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including needs analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  4. Performance Metrics: Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to management.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  6. Proposal Development: Develop high-quality sales proposals that are tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  7. Negotiation Skills: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  8. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT B2B sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
