Job Description

This role performs various accounting activities, including preparation and maintenance of ledger accounts and financial statements. It also provides financial support through forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of variances.

  • Prepares and records accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
  • Provides financial support through forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget.
Responsibilities
  • Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements.
  • Prepares and analyzes accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
  • Provides financial support through forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget.
  • Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects.
Accountabilities
  • Ensures that all account reconciliations, SOX controls, accounting controls, and compliance requirements are met and delivered in accordance with company standards and timelines.
  • Manages relationships between Manila and onshore teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinates audit activities and resolves audit points in a timely manner.
