The position of High-Level Amazon Brand Manager involves full ownership of the Amazon P&L, managing revenue, ad spend, promotions, and margins with a focus on driving aggressive month-over-month sales growth across multiple SKUs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives, including PPC strategies, ACoS reduction, and TACoS efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Amazon P&L – Drive revenue growth, reduce ad spend, and optimize promotions.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams – Coordinate with creative, logistics, and growth teams to execute key initiatives.
- Develop and Execute PPC Strategies – Build and optimize Amazon Ads to achieve efficient ROI.
- Launch and Scale Products – Develop and execute product launch plans, including listing creation, reviews, and rank strategy.
- Conversion Optimization – Oversee listing copy, images, A+ content, and storefront improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize tools like Helium10, Seller Central, and Excel/Sheets to inform business decisions.
- Operations Oversight – Manage inventory forecasts, FBA shipments, and stock availability in coordination with supply chain.
- Revenue Growth – Achieve ≥15% MoM sales growth across managed brands.
- Ad Efficiency – Maintain ACoS below 25% while scaling spend.
- Profitability – Meet brand margin targets and reduce waste.
- Conversion Rate Optimization – Increase listing conversion by 20% within 60 days.
- Successful ASIN Launches – Launch at least 2 successful new SKUs within the first 90 days.
