Key Roles and Responsibilities

A highly experienced Amazon account manager is required to oversee and optimize client private label operations on the platform.

  • Private Label Management: This involves managing all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.
  • FBA Shipments & Logistics: Preparation and coordination of FBA shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolving any issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers.
  • Shipment Reconciliation: Tracking and reconciling all shipments to ensure accurate records, recovering lost inventory, and filing reimbursement cases when needed.
  • Case Management: Handling all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation for future reference.
  • Product Listings: Creating and optimizing product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • A+ Content Management: Publishing enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Keyword Research: Conducting thorough keyword research to drive traffic and stay competitive in product rankings.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of managing Amazon accounts from product launch through ongoing growth.
