Job Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, streamlining processes, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, as well as experience with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the marketing tech stack, including setup, audit, and optimization of integrations, tracking, and system performance
  • Build and maintain data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms
  • Develop and execute A/B testing and funnel improvement strategies to boost conversions and funnel performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution, as well as experience with Gravity Forms, Clay, Zapier, Hex, Outreach, or AI tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems, with a self-starter mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
