About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Pampanga. As an AP Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing and processing accounts payable transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities will include handling supplier invoices, payment processing, reconciliation, and assisting with month-end closing. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to seamless financial operations within a globally recognized company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the AP inbox
- Reviewing and validating supplier invoices for uploading and data entry into the system
- Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
- Processing employee expense reimbursements
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling bank statements
- Responding to internal and external inquiries
- Setting up suppliers, maintaining creditor files, and handling credit applications
- Preparing payroll timesheets
- Processing credit card transactions and uploading receipts
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures
