Payroll Compliance Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement in payroll compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with wage tax laws, social security regulations, and employment policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payroll legislation, employment tax, and social security regulations in APAC.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Deep expertise in payroll legislation, employment tax, and social security regulations in APAC.
  • Experience in payroll compliance, payroll operations, or payroll audit within a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reconciliations, and risk identification.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change.
