Are you a seasoned professional with experience in managing architecture and design award submissions?

We're seeking a talented individual to lead, manage, and execute award submissions for top-tier national and international programs.

The Role

As an Architecture Awards Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing an annual awards submission calendar based on strategic relevance and deadlines. You'll identify eligible projects, awards, and categories across residential and design sectors, and prepare and manage award submissions - including image curation, text development, project storytelling, and online form completion.

You'll collaborate with design and marketing teams to gather assets, photography, and plans, and maintain records of submissions, deadlines, and results. Your goal will be to advise on photography, presentation, and narrative positioning to maximize chances of winning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an annual awards submission calendar

  • Prepare and manage award submissions

  • Maintain records of submissions, deadlines, and results
  • Advise on photography, presentation, and narrative positioning
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing architecture and design award submissions
  • Strong familiarity with award platforms
  • Excellent writing skills with an eye for architectural storytelling
  • Ability to distill complex project ideas into clear, engaging language
  • Comfort working with architects, creatives, and photographers
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Portfolio of successful past submissions or awards won

  • Experience with press kits, media relations, or architecture PR
