Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual and video content for social media platforms, planning and scheduling posts, and collaborating on social media strategy and content calendars.

You will work independently, monitoring engagement and providing reporting on growth metrics and trends. Your strong graphic design and video editing skills will be essential in creating aesthetically pleasing content that grabs the audience's attention.

Familiarity with fitness, lifestyle, or wellness brands is a plus, as well as knowledge of paid social media and tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar.

Requirements:
  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and attention-grabbing visuals
  • Familiarity with fitness, lifestyle, or wellness brands (strong plus)
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and algorithm trends
Benefits:

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow to full-time. You will have flexible working hours (AEST) and the opportunity to work remotely. Our independent contractor model offers a rate of $300-600 USD per 15-hour workweek, depending on your level of experience.
